By ordering from TenzBuild you agree to these terms, which are subject to South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act.

Products and prices

• Prices are in South African rand. TenzBuild is not yet VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
• Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
• Photos are for illustration. Colours and small design details can differ slightly from the item you receive; the specifications listed are what you get.
• We work hard to keep prices and stock correct. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

• Your order is confirmed once payment clears. You can pay by card or by EFT. EFT orders are held for 48 hours; if payment hasn't reflected by then, the order may be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. You then get a full refund.

Warranty and returns

All products are new and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods are handled as set out in our refund policy.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss of data on any device. Please back up your data before using, returning or repairing a product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
