Shipping policy

We deliver by courier anywhere in South Africa.

• Standard delivery: R150, usually 3–5 working days after payment.
• Express delivery: R200, usually 1–2 working days after payment.
• Storage and accessories only: collect from a Pudo locker of your choice for R69, usually 3–5 working days. Name your nearest Pudo locker in the order note, or we'll WhatsApp you to confirm. We send you the collection code by SMS or email.
• Free standard delivery on storage and accessories orders over R1,000. Laptops and monitors always carry the delivery fee.
• Timing: orders are dispatched once payment clears. EFT payments are dispatched once the money reflects in our account. Outlying areas can take longer.
• Tracking: we email you a tracking link when your order leaves us.
• Receiving: someone must be available to sign for the parcel. Add gate codes or delivery notes in the cart.
• Missed delivery: the courier will try again or contact you. A third delivery attempt may carry an extra fee.
• Stock: if an item turns out to be out of stock after you've paid, we'll offer a different date, a similar item, or a full refund.
• Damaged parcels: check the box when it arrives and tell us within 2 working days if anything is damaged (see our refund policy).
